Material Needs (Food, Clothing, Diapers, etc)
The Food Bank has many resources available and is a great starting point for finding help with food.
The Homebound Food Delivery Program nourishes low-income seniors(60 years of age or older). The program is tailored to help reduce food insecurity by providing shelf stable foods along with bakery items on the first full Tuesday of each month.
A USDA program that works to improve the health of low-income seniors 60 years of age and older by supplementing their diets with nutritious foods. The Food Bank distributes 30- pound food boxes containing canned and packaged food including vegetables, fruit juice, pasta, milk, cereal, canned meat, and nonmeat protein.
Yuba-Sutter Food Bank provides monthly emergency food to low-income households at more than 20 locations, including the public distribution sites. To qualify for this program, individuals must self-certify that they meet income guidelines that have been determined by the State of California. Housing & Financial Assistance
The purpose of the Sutter Yuba Homeless Consortium is to connect our homeless population with programs and services that can help them overcome obstacles that are preventing permanent housing solutions for individuals and families.
REST provides emergency shelter, meals and other supportive services for women and families.
We have been in Yuba County for over 63 years feeding and sheltering men while helping them overcome addictions. We also provide showers and food for all people on the streets. We serve two hot meals every day, 365 days a year.
Hands of Hope is a resource and day service centre for families with children, single women, couples without children who are currently experiencing homelessness in our community.
Casa de Esperanza is a nonprofit Shelter providing services to individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and sex trafficking in Yuba, Sutter, and Colusa County.
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul assists those in need with food, clothing, rent and utility bills, furniture, household goods, etc.
Our Mission is to end homelessness and substandard housing. We are creating stepping stones from homelessness to homeownership. We offer affordable home repair assistance loans with 0% interest, affordable homeownership and permanent housing for low-very low income individuals with access to supportive services.
We provide one-time financial assistance to eligible, low income, veterans-in-need, to help them obtain or maintain their housing stability and other basic living needs
Apply for food (CalFresh), cash aid (CalWORKs, GA/GR, RCA, TCVAP), and health coverage benefits (Medi-Cal).

Our Biblical Counseling Ministry provides free biblical counseling to those seeking God’s answers to the questions and problems in their lives.
For those who are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, we are here to provide compassionate, personalized care designed to help you achieve long-lasting recovery.
A program of recovery from codependence, where each of us may share our experience, strength, and hope in our efforts to find freedom where there has been bondage and peace where there has been turmoil in our relationships with others and ourselves.
